If you have the mozilla firefox browser you could bring a plug in call Grease Monkey. Once you have that plug-in installed you can capture the facebook video download script rotten this site (here's the link:

Once you hold both GreaseMonkey and the script directory running just stop by the facebook page with the video on it and right below the +share god you should see a `download video' and `convert video option' this should help you capture your video.
