Ok, I'm going to try and explain this as clearly as possible :). I've got a blog staunch to a hobby. I want to give away a few items relating to that hobby to the empire who visit my blog regularly. I thought just about making a post, asking those who want a chance at champion to leave a comment and later I would randomly draw a champ. *But* I really want the process to be open, I don't want anyone to regard I hand-picked the winner; I want race to see that the winner is drawn fitfully. So, that's what my question is almost:
Is there any description of website where the nation willing to contribute can enter their names and where on earth the winner get picked automatically and randomly? It would adjectives have to be free, logically. This isn't a raffle where I supply tickets, entering would be free.

Answers: Sorry, never hear about this type of site.
But it would be a great net application to build for yourself (and others). A web programmer (such as myself) would hold no great difficulties in creating this.
