I enjoy 2 meg sky broadband and its working really slow. And my upload speed is similar to 50 KB/S when my download speed is around 15 KB/S. Im using the sky netgear router if that make anydifference.

Most latency is notebook related but it still could be your ISP introduce yourself. I would run a full a/v, spyware, adware scan on the notebook, defrag it and walk to
http://www.broadbandreports.com... and run their tweak test and do any suggested tweaking on the laptop. If its still slow, appointment your ISP and see if nearby are troubles on their come to an end.

If anyone could speak english round here it might minister to lol. I enjoy BT broadband and its just about 6mb I enjoy plane 3 etc. Its pretty rapid.
You would enjoy to phone sky to see if they can provide you beside a faster nouns you may be charged for this but it would be worth it.
