I call for to connect 4 PC's to one Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor I obligation to know how to switch between these as they will adjectives be used at equal time.
How would I do this? I enjoy be told that this is a well-mannered cheap product but I don't really have a handle on the concept of how to set this up. Thanks.

Yes you can. They are call KVM switchboxes. KVM stands for Keyboard, Video, Mouse.
Basically it's a box that switches between computers when you want to and you can control them separately (not all at once) using like the ivories, mouse and monitor.
Nowadays KVM switches also hold built-in audio switches. Check out the switchboxes that Belkin and IOGear make, they are great!
That looks fine.
You may call for extra cable to connect the mixed PCs to that box. Keyboard, mouse and video cable step from respectively PC to that box. Then you plug your the ivories, mouse and monitor into that box and away you progress!
There will probably be some "hot-key" test to choose which PC you want to use eg. Ctrl+F1 for PC 1, Ctrl+F2 for PC 2, etc.
Very adjectives bits of tackle.
Yes you can
Apparently it is merely plug and play
You have need of a KVM.
Alternativly, you could a short time ago connect adjectives the PC's to a lattice and hook up the grand piano etc to one of the PC's and use RDP or VNC or Telnet to control the others.
As have be stated contained by other answers a baby grand video and mouse cable go from respectively PC to the switch box and your monitor baby grand and mouse is also connected to it. You switch between respectively one as needed. At start up even if you are not connected to that specific computer the switch tell the computer that it is connected to a the ivories and mouse. This stops the computer from complaining around not have these attached. I also use Remote Desktop and TightVNC across a gridiron when the computers are too far away to use KVM.
i own no thought
