Alright, I've lost adjectives my moderation and I'm turning to you smart folks to comfort me next to this problem... at most minuscule one of them.
I've have a serious problem near surges ruining my routers, so I go out and bought a super nice surge protector which will accomodate my ethernet cord. I've already gone to hell and support to go and get my router to work (It's a Belkin... that explains it, right?) and FINALLY I hold Internet access and I'm almost afraid to verbs any cords out... BUT I would approaching to hook the cords up to my surge protector. How do I do that?
To gross this assured, here's the colors of my cords:
The RED one is the one explicitly connected from my Internet box to the Internet port on the router.
The BLACK one is connected from port 1 on the router to the backbone of my computer.
The BLUE one is the extra that I'm planning on using to connect to the surge protector in some track. Can you recount me what to connect to what and where on earth... and ... what color... and... basically help out. Please.

I hold UPS close to that and since I get it few years pay for go and checked how it is connected. The IN comes from outside and OUT go to the router.
Just plug the router power cord to the surge protector. Simple. Though, your router could fold, but it can crumple anyways if you don't do it formerly the subsequent surge.
Tip: breed sure adjectives your computer and etc are plugged into a surge protector as okay!
Hmmm ... the surge protector will allow an ethernet port - are you sure that's not a phone port ?
