I hold impossible to tell apart problem on my Cox cable internet (the fastest package) and I can't relay you how much it drives me nuts. Sometimes I'll connect no problem. Other times it'll be resembling 10 minutes formerly I finally can connect. I've tried everything from reinstalling, resetting my modem/router. My suggestion is to contact EA customer support. You'll probably bring generic answers, similar to reset your modem, reinstall, but you never know! I'm gonna do like. Good luck!
