It dosnt come up when I run onto control panel, add/remove programs. Other ways to delete it?

First, uninstall Smiley Central from Add/Remove Programs
1) Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs
3) Find "My Web Search (Smiley Central)" in the index of installed programs and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it. You may also want to uninstall any of the following items associated near FunWebProducts.
My Web Search
My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)

its on control panel next to the christen of(MY WEB SEARCH) not smiley middle!,, cuz smiley central usually comes next to me trellis search out so remove it contained by instruct to delete smiley 2 :)
I have this in the past. When i tried to uninstall it in add/remove programs it wasn't in attendance. So what you do is walk into your foremost frozen drive (:c) and stir into program files and find the folder call smiley main or anything next simply distribute it straight to the recycle bin and delete that and problem solved :)
I have this problem a while fund. It doesn't come up as Smiley Central below Add/Remove Programs it comes up lower than any of the following:
1. My Web Search
or
2. My Way Speedbar
When you remove these two files, you should restart your computer (Start>Turn Off Computer>Restart)
That should do it.
