It seem as though every time within is a problem, the merely consideration Comcast have is the cost. It have gone so far as a threat to charge me for a pop in from a Comcast service tech for problems that are generate solely from the equipment that I be given and for services for which I already money dearly.

Their tech support is zilch of the sort. Everyone have problems beside them.
Next time your chitchat to a Comcast Rep and they tender you a hassle , next as for the Supervisor and if he's man impossible to tell apart course next simply move up the chains notify you find someone to listen to you , heck I have to Call the Coporate HeadQuarters on WM only just to return an item , let a moment ago say-so I get my course ..
