My neighbor have wireless internet. Can this signal interfere next to my dial-up internet?

The house is something like 100 foot from my house. I am using Juno dialup, and it have slowed to a crawl; cannot be sure how long the neighbor have have wireless.

A wireless exchange cards cannot affect your dialup. Have you tried performing preservation on your computer, i.e, defrag, disk cleanup. etc.?
