Does anyone know how to put for a moment color to a black and white picture?? ok I'm gonna use this girls pic as contained by example:

Open your B&W picture and for safekeeping sake duplicate the stratum. Select the color you want and select 'Paint Brush'. Now at the top of the blind for the brush properties select a mode of 'Overlay' from the drop down menu. Paint away.
