The lb10.98 covers your landline rental, the lb18 pays for your internet service. The call from the hubphone are free but you must still reimburse the strip rental levy, even if you don't construct any call from the fixed row. Like I right to be heard, the lb18 is purely to cover the broadband side. Without paying the vein rental, you would own no smudge and hence no broadband. The individual other alternative is to look into what the cost is from other service providers. This will still be deliver over impossible to tell apart column, but may be cheaper?
