I'm using wireless usb adapter from US Robotics, but finishing few days it is not on any more to seize connected next to my neighbor. nouns is not secured, but when I'm trying to connect program say can not connect. why, how and what is the problem?

The problem is that you be trying to connect to your neighbor's introduce yourself probably short his concurrence. Solution: connect to your OWN lattice.
