my dhcp server and tcp/ip is have problems dialing ports. i added the ports manually and in that be no luck. my nouns is also goofy. i believe do to the dhcp server is not varying the ip address. i assume the assigned one go impossible. i tried cmd-ip config/release and renew. nought change. usually the simply opening i can fix it is completely restoring xp. that will concluding for a while until this problems comes right subsidise.
