I own only just bought a current laptop near the wireless switch. Ive get home and turned it on to find I can hook up to a meet people straight away. Ive get no provider but can still grasp on the lattice.. Is this improper or does this appear within other places??

You are connecting to someone Else's access point. Stealing electricity and bandwidth. Get your own wireless router / modem! Unless, you can come to an agreement next to your neighbour to share the cost?
Some will transmit you it is dishonest, but don't verbs more or less it. You aren't doing anything wrong. Enjoy your free internet...
