The HP is a serial printer next to no USB connector. It have serial cable merely.
Answers:
I enjoy to believe that you tight-fisted Parallel, a bit than Serial? Serial printers are charitable of occasional, and usually are lately sign maker.
The 2100 looks to me similar to a pretty standard printer, so you probably want a Wireless print server next to a Parallel port nouns.
These are of course available, but they cost around $80 foreign from what I've see.
You can find them used on sites similar to eBay for $25 +shipping.
Check out the D-Link DP-311P, the TrendNet TEW-P1PG Wireless Parallel Print Server, or the CP Technologies WPS-9121.
If you have it in mind that you already own a Wireless Print Server, but you want to somehow connect your dated printer to the USB nouns, you might enjoy luck using a USB to Parallel port cable, though I'm not sure if those own compatibility beside print servers.
