The biggest shift will be the server setup and configuration. Most everything else is similar.
The group guidance and rights provisioning is also a short time bit different than Windows (Netware's deny does not perform similar to Windows' deny).
Best bet would be to find a Netware primer and budge through it in the past you win started. Definitely loved working in the Netware vs. The Microsoft (in school).
