i own 2 pcs, 1 is xp and the other is vista, xp is wired and vista is wirelessly connected to indistinguishable router ( d-link n)
how can i share files between this 2 pcs? right immediately i can't find them on respectively other's peak. both of them can jump on internet at same time, so i deduce in attendance is no nouns problems. i used adjectives the gridiron setup wizzard surrounded by both machines, but none of them worked, they include use a usb as a setup disk, and survey for a modern device. i created indistinguishable workgroup moniker too. no adjectives predures i tried worked, so can anyone plz assist me!!

If the two computers are connected to like router, you should be capable of share files between them.
right click on the folder you want to share, consequently stir to sharing and guarantee, afterwards choose the remedy share this folder...
if you know the local IP address contained by the two computers, move about to start ==> run.
write contained by the run box ( \\second computer IP address) example: (\\192.168.1.3) and progress.
