Hi I hold two gateway laptops that are sitting right subsequent to eachother. One have just this minute stopped finding wireless networks and one is working fine. I haven't even used the laptop thats kaput for a week which be when it worked fine... Any accepted wisdom on how to fix this issue?

Try this: manufacture the non-working computer's net settings and configuration exchangeable to those of the working electrical device.
reinstall the driver from the cd. or try roll finance it.
