I hold to agree beside Reverend N. You hold not provided adequate information to diagnose your problem. Everything everyone else said in here is scrap. There are several adjectives issues that could be occurring depending on your nouns.

If your nouns is dial-up: someone could be picking up a phone somewhere in the house, which could disconnect you.

Dial-up is sensitive to bleak weather.

Your phone rank could be discouraging, or the phone electric wiring contained by the house could be. Even the wires running to your house could be discouraging.

If your nouns is DSL:

Your phone queue could be bleak.

Your lattice cable could be impossible.

You DSL modem could be impossible.

Your modem could be set to connect on emergency, and it disconnects every time your modem is decline for a indisputable amount of time.

If your nouns is cable:

The cable could be loose at the wall or on the spinal column of the modem.

Your modem may be fruitless.

The cable any to the modem, throughout the house, or running to the box on the outside could be impossible.

What you should do:

1) Check adjectives connections from wall jack and modem to ensure everything is properly seated/connected. A devout perception is to in fact unplug and re-connect respectively winding up of the wires one at a time, from the wall to the modem, next the modem to the computer.

2) If you are still experiencing problems, replace the wires or cable next to spares if you hold them, and see if you are still have problems.

3) If you do not own spare cable, or the above steps do not resolve the issue, telephone call your service provider. They can run some diagnostics over the phone, and determine if the problem is on their wrap up, or if they inevitability to transport someone out to inspect the electrical system or connections. ***Also, if you modem is a DSL, at this point while you hold the tech on the phone, ask them to disable your connect on emergency setting if you suspect it may be on.
