I cant log into next to the evasion wireless address, i reset the modem hoping that that would sustain and it changed the term of the router but i still couldnt log into it next to 192.168.1.0
what do i do?

You can't log onto it because this address is on your local domestic device. It's one of your own address.
The 192.168.1.0 is not an address so this will never work.
Are you sure of the IP address of the router? Open command prompt (start, run - type in cmd and hit enter). In command prompt, type in "ipconfig /all" lacking the quotes and hit enter. It will show you the IP address of respectively of your connected devices. The failure to pay gateway is probably the router address because you most expected do not enjoy a client - server arrangement. Use the defaulting gateway IP address contained by Internet Explorer and it should pinch you near.
Also whenever you address a wireless device for config purposes use a WIRED nouns.
