so i hold crappy satalite that i use for doing things similar to answers and watnot but i enjoy dial up ( family pc) for gaming , i used to play runescape and it be laggy next to satalite but not next to my dail up so i kept it but i dont play it anymore i wanna play my daiblo 2 and nimbus 1 online beside my biggest computer( i played near dial up on my vista laptop( one im on right now) ) so next to population workstation when u achieve it u download the program that dials the nubmer to connect i did that near leading compy and laptop works fine beside laptop i unconnect from my satalite next dial next to the program and it connects every time, when i do this beside my big desktop computer when it dials nearby have problems and wont connect wat do i do?!

It should be channel better than dial up.
Contact your service provider and ask them to examination it.
