I can't bring to mind if Windows 2000 come beside msconfig. If it didn't, I believe you can still pick up it from Microsoft. "mmc" should still work, though. All you do is walk to Start>Run, and type surrounded by "mmc" lacking the quotation grades. Then, disable any services that you don't stipulation, extremely any unnecessary network components.
