Ive get a cell phone that have Bluetooth 2.0 and a WRT54g router next to ddwrt firmware. Since Bluetooth transmits over the 2.45Ghz frequecny and 802.11x uses 2.5 Is it possiable to connect the two?

Not usually, unless the router SPECIFICALLY supports blue tooth, I conjecture you are out of luck
It will not connect, it is a totally different protocol. In any armour your mobile can singular use it's inbuilt facility for browsing.
