I plan on getting an ftp net hdd coop and plan to use to transport files from work to my home grating.
but I am unsure how to FTP to the barred enclosure using simply the IP address.

*if your hdd is at the back a firewall, forward the ftp port of your paddock. this is usually port 21. If you are unsure, check the documentation of your drive enclosure
*your ip address may fine-tuning if it is DHCP, hang on to that within mind
