My bureau have restricted access some sites depending on the site description. I only want to access Deviantart and it says
"Your system policy have denied access to the requested URL. Your request be categorized by Blue Coat Web Filter as 'Arts/Entertainment;Social Networking'. "
Is in that a path that I can skip this??

You COULD try a proxy, but they may own blocked them too.
Word of tell, I would not try to work around, unless you don't mind looking for a current situation... I hold worked at frequent different places ( I'm a contractor ) and they adjectives hold policies of firing culture for going to indecorous sites...
Be incredibly discreet, and I wouldn't tempt luck if I be you !
And don't underestimate the IT group, as they can put in the picture who go to what sites, and when/how repeatedly. I know for a certainty, my ISP logs what pattern sites I log into, and how much background it exchanged. That's only what I can access thru my tale info. Imagine what the IT have on you...
