Where is the Telnet sever in Vista?

I enjoy basically enabled the Telnet Client/server within my computer (which runs on Windows Vista Hpremium) but I've be looking lower than Accessories and Control Panel, I can't find my telnet server. Does anyone know where on earth is it below? HELP ME!!

Answers: You will not know how to find these in any of them. To access telnet, type in your command prompt telnet and you should own access to the telnet terminal. The telnet daemon (service) should not have need of any configuration. Just put together sure you own port 23 (telnet) accepting connections.

NOTE THAT TELNET IS INHERENTLY INSECURE!
INFORMATION SENT OVER TELNET (LIKE PASSWORDS) IS NOT ENCRYPTED AND CAN BE READ BY ANYBODY. USE SECURE SHELL INSTEAD.
type telnet in the poke about dowel contained by yur start menu.
