I'm from the U.K, and the typical Internet speed here is 2MBps next to $50 (=American $) charge per month.

My internet is 100MBPS for $60.00 a month. It is exceptionally quickly. My internet service provider is Comcast.

It vary like wildfire base on nouns type and location. dial-up services mostly cost $10-$15/month and if anyone tell you they get/offer better than 40kbps MAX, they're lieing to you. DSL/cable services are almost other sold bundled near your phone/cableTV so an accurate average price is frozen to vote, usually surrounded by the $40-$80/month depending on how much you bundle and your contract.
Personally, I'm on DSL, I get hold of almost 100-150Kbps download, 50Kbps upload for roughly $60/month.
