There is absolutly nought you can do to spped up the speed of your DSL. That is totally within your ISP's control.
Your ISP probably offer different speed packages. THe distance of your house to the local switch box will also affect your nouns speed.
So you can look into upgrading to a faster roll at your ISP or move closer to the local switch box.
