Today I measured and my wireless router is 107ft away from my room. I want to know if here is a wireless card that I could buy for my desktop computer that have plenty signal strength to accomplish my router within the other room. So I guess I would call for a wireless card that go roughly speaking 150ft. Could you report me where on earth to acquire one for cheap and also afford me the connection for the page. Would this one stir that far?

You can check at hand i saw a few that said it could manage nearly 300 ft for just about 15 dollars .
Now what i did on my system be a c-antenna and connected to my desktop it received signals from a house going on for 5 blocks down the street at 82 dB's something like 90% signal strengh , you can build one for in the order of 10 dollars max . it migth look for a while silly and worthless but belive me the signals are incredible .. the best indoor antena you could use . Also you can draw from one similar to contained by best buy for something like 45 dollars but its strengh is in the order of 20 dbs and the homemade you can experiment next to diferent size can and see different results .
you hold to pocket contained by consideration of the attenuation factor. for example a dry wall can fade your signal by 3dB. Every jib will deflect your WiFi signal.. The best point to do is download "NetStumbler" or so and tryout your signal strength. You want to stay above -75 dBm for clothed nouns.
