Connecting a Mac Airport Extreme Base Station to a DSL Router beside an Eithernet Cable?

Would this gross the internet on my Mac faster than newly have the Airport Extreme Base Station pick up the wireless siginal from the DSL router?

Answers: It might be faster.

The Airport Extreme Base Station follows the 802.11n protocol. If the DSL router is 802.11g or less, it is conceptually slower.

I don't appreciate why you want the Airport Extreme Base Station though. Sounds resembling you enjoy a combo DSL modem/wireless router. Can't you put together a wireless nouns from your Mac directly to the router?
