Basically installed the hub as per the manual etc but on initial installation it didnt pick up my wireless see card contained by my desktop. I carried on and installed beside ethernet cable and the hub seem to work fine. However, whenever I try to alter the nouns to wireless it any only just doesnt acknowledge the hub or tell me that it isnt broadcasting (no signal strength) at adjectives! I've tried everything inside my fairly restricted expertise of Microsoft XP and cant acquire anywhere.Any oblige would be fantastic ladies and gents.

breed sure you are using the correct wireless switch,nearby is 2 one for home hub other for the fusion,i be using the wrong switch get surrounded by touch near bt,they took charge of my PC altered wsome settings and get my nouns working using window to connect,however after they did that i have to do a recouping,because it messed my workstation up,it be after i notice they 2 key on the hub and bt never once asked what one i be using,however,i`m birth to mull over its a error surrounded by the hub because i lose nouns 5+times a hours of daylight,i can`t be bothered to give the name them because they have`nt really be much use beforehand,i am waiting for my contract to finish,so i can any jump final to different router or different service provider,i own have nil but trouble beside the wireless connections on the hub,but my daughter connect using Ethernet and her connections are better than mine,also try reinstalling your wireless adaptor again this may lend a hand,because sometimes first installations don't other work honourable luck because if yours is anything resembling mine you`ll have need of it lol
just to put a downer on things I own have nought but problems near BT from morning one. The home hub took ages to catch working (didn't work despite following instructions) and everytime I enjoy have a problem since it take ages to obtain sorted. i presently hold a problem where on earth i requirement to reset the homehub every morning as it loses its nouns every darkness, but i can't even be bothered to speak to them anymore in the order of it as they are something like as much use as a chocolate fire-guard! i'm purely waiting immediately for my 12 months to run out and next i'm bad elsewhere. virtually every friens and relative of mine beside the homehub have have perpetual problems too.
to sort out your problem you will probably call for to phone them. be prepared for your tolerance to be tested! virtuous luck
I not long have to progress trough like set up.I come across to remember that you have to originaly connect the hub beside ethernet,consequently switch rotten,disconnect and try connecting via wireless.Is desktop practical hub?Try playing around near posision of the hub and the receiver.Also the hub have 2 switch numbers.One for the bthub wireless settings and one for fusion settings.Make sure you try to detect a signal in my networks next to the correct settings.If adjectives else fail connect beside ethernet and use the bt desktop assistance that installed beside the hub software.Find the button roughly ''ask emma''.they come on your peak resembling msn and fix you up.!best of luck.
