My neighbor requirements to share my wireless see so that she doesn't enjoy to discharge the full cost of cable internet. I hold no problem near this as she will be helping wages for it. The simply problem is, I enjoy wallet sharing going on between my familial computers and don't want to turn this stale but I don't want my neighbor to own access to them any. How do I block her computer from doing that?

The easiest mode to fix this, lacking removing her access to your internet access would be to set the sharing on those folders to specific users.
To do this, right click on the folders you own shared, click properties, and next click on the sharing tab. From here, you click on permissions, and remove 'Everyone' later tag on the users that you want to own access, and the type of access you want them to hold.
Doing this, she may be capable of see the shared folders, but she will not be capable of access them unless she know the usernames / passwords that are allowed access.
btw, if you do this, the users / passwords on the differant machines that you do want to share information requirements to be like.
get her to buy her own wirerless router. you plug the spanking new wirerless router infront of yours (b.t your router and the interenet) she can not see you in a minute. simple.
you should capture firewall for all computers, but to be honest i dont judge it would solve the problem and if i be you i wouldnt permit her surrounded by my meet people you never know who might be at her house and they could use it for desperate purpose, after you will be surrounded by trouble.
you can put your neighbour in a demilitarized zone so she won't see your bit of the gridiron, you can also put yours within a separate workgroup or subnet
or conceivably you can password protect the folders so u cant seize into the folders lacking a pw...
