If you've salaried lb180 for zilch, communicate them contained by strong (but polite) vocabulary that you expect and insist on a FULL compensation, and release from the contract as a breach of vocabulary on their part of the pack.
If they are obstructive, purloin them to the small claims court, if you can PROVE the problem be within back, should be no problem to win it.
