Every nouns to the internet have it's own address. Your Address(s) are assigned to you by your ISP. Your ISp receive them from another charity.
The IP address on your PC is probably a private IP address plan you access the Internet via another device performing NAT or Network address Translation. Think of it as an aprtment number inside a street address. post is deliver to the street address by the letters man, but after the building supertendent (the NAT device) deliver it to ewach apartment. Many PC's can own one and the same private IP address (e.g 192.168.1.1) but respectively would be inside a public IP address. (just close to nearby are a great deal of Apt 101's surrounded by the world).
Depends on the ISP your located in and the IP Blocks they own purchased for your common nouns.
Most ISP purchase blocks of IP address - these tend to be groups of frequent address and sometimes not even within one colossal chunk within like class ie. 120.x.x.x. The ISP could own purchased a few these ranges contained by demand to come upon constraint.
There are tons services, both Free & Commercial, which provide you the geographic notes of the people to your website. We will however use the free IP-Country database provided by
http://ip-to-country.webhostin... This database is available in the CSV format & can be import into other databases approaching MS-Access, MS-SQL, MySQL, etc. Since we will be using ASP & MS-Access, we will thus download this csv database & introduction it into an MS-Access database.
