Here's my predicament:
I enjoy a Linksys wireless router model WRT54G.
My laptop will connect wirelessly to the router and I can use the internet. However, when I try to connect beside another computer at impossible to tell apart time, the exotic computer will disconnect the laptop from the internet, and I can use the internet near the alien computer.
So, comp A connects. Then B connects and disconnects A. When I try to connect A again, B will disconnect.
This is a problem if my wife wishes to use the laptop while I'm playing an online team game near my PS3 wirelessly.
I would approaching to be capable of connect wirelessly near two or more computers to the router.
I know it's possible. Can anyone support me?

I own have this issue near Linksys back. In may valise upgrading the firmware fixed it. Your router will enjoy a page to accomplish this and you should check it.
Go to

download the most up-to-date firmware and try reloading your router.
Even if your router shows the hottest publication of late reload it!
If that doesn't work, you may simply hold a impossible router! We enjoy five laptops surrounded by our place connected to the WRT54G.
I loaded the DD-WRT software on ours merely for the fun of it and found I really like the extramural features.

Check that ALL your machines are set to purchase their tcp/ip settings automatically. Then check how lots lease are available surrounded by the router configuration dhcp unit. You entail at tiniest 2 or 3 more than you hold machines. If at hand are more lease taken up than you hold machines you are probably not encrypted, and someone is probably stealing bandwidth.
