Answers:
First and foremost, you own to own the license toggled on your switch. No license, no tenant partitioning. Do "Display System Parameters Customer-Options" in ASA on your switch. On page 5 if you enjoy an ACM 3.1, if tenant partitioning is activate, here will be a yes subsequent to it. Otherwise you necessitate to buy the license for your switch.
Assuming you already own tenant partitioning:
What type of switch is it, and what vintage. On ACM 3.1, you can set up multiple MoH sources, arrange them in groups for Locally sourced Music. Setting up a Tenant partition is complex because you are essentially creating a logical switch in a switch. This way creating a dial plan, coverage path, pickup groups, ARS table, attendant groups, COR, yadda yadda yadda. Go to the avaya support website, support.avaya.com, click on documentation, and look for the Features and Planning Guide for your switch/vintage. There's a great description of tenant partitioning near, but due to copyright, I don't touch comfortable excerpting it here. Page 1414 of the 3.1 Features and planning guide give you a charge roll for adjectives the stuff you own to set up to formulate this come up. There are 14 tasks, if you set up everything near is to set up. That doesn't include sub tasks.
