I enjoy a Trendnet TEW-432BRP router and I hold to unplug and plug pay for my usb adapter every time to connect.
Any track to fix this?

It sounds approaching you own problems beside the usb drivers. I suggest to unplug your modem and uninstall the routers drivers. reinstall your drivers but do not reconnect the usb until the installation asks you to or you are done next to the installation. Also try different usb ports.

Tip: try to use your RJ45 (or CAT5) cable instead of the usb. this will guarantee a nouns every time.
