I just now get the Uverse service and I also a short time ago get the Tmobile Hotspot service where on earth you hold a router at home that help you connect WiFi and clear call over wifi. I know the 3800HGVB that comes beside Uverse have a built-in router and I be wondering if anyone know any path to override that or to use another router?

I'm not sure what you plan by override it, but you should be capable of use another router as your most important router and purely plug this one into the brand new router.
Plug one into the other and use the one you want . . .
