Assuming you know which torrent you want, download/open the torrent (just click on download torrent and choose program to open with) with any uTorrent or Azureus. Wait for it to complete at 100%. (Please try to hang on to uTorrent or Azureus plain for a while after that, so others can hang on to downloading from you as all right.)
Depending on how big the directory is, your download time may lug a while.
Once the download is complete, look for the database surrounded by one of the uTorrent or Azureus folders to play/use it.
