I feel I should simply connect through my other computer, is this a polite conception? If you own any better suggestions I'd be glad to hear them. All cable are plugged contained by and the modem recognize the non-working computer.

It be turned on when you get it to work on another computer, and you want to turn it put a bet on on?
If you can connect to it from a computer, I vote use that computer. Sometimes the easiest path to carry things done is the best instrument to carry things done.
If near's more to it, please update if you can so we own more to step on.
