Answers: Most ADSL bandwidth modems do not provide a phase to hold back bandwidth to individual PC. But you can turn one computer in your grating into a proxy and curb the nouns speed using your proxy. This is the channel to do it.

- All an extra exchange cards card to one of the computers.
- Connect one see card to your modem and the other to your gridiron switch or access point (you cannot use your modem as a switch).
- Install Windows 2000 Server, or Windows 2003 Home Server and ISA 2004 or ISA 2006
- Use Bandwidth Rules in ISA to control percentage of bandwidth per computer.
- Setup TCP/IP Setting in all computers so your server is the defaulting gateway and the used Proxy contained by your browser.

Note: All computer contained by the net must not hold direct nouns to the modem.
