The easiest method to do this is to turn your computer (equipped beside wifi card and modem) into a router by running it in ad-hoc mode and enable sharing of the internet nouns.
With Windows XP (and possibly other Windows variants) you can own one PC attached to the internet, and afterwards set this PC to share its internet nouns. Then you can connect the WiFi access point to the host PC's internet port, and, in theory, you can enjoy a WiFi web over dial-up. But you will be TERRIBLY forlorn next to the results. Dial-up on a single PC would be slow satisfactory, but to afterwards share that bandwidth next to two or more PCs will lately be insupportably slow. AND the host PC (the one connected via dial-up to the internet) will slow down even more for have to run the see sharing software.
