Are you beside PeoplePC very soon, is it a dial-up service?
If so, renovation to any ISP (Internet Service Provider) that give you broadband service, (not dial-up).
Once you've approved on which provider you want, don't verbs in the region of what they make available you near the service because doesn`t matter what they distribute you is a "come-on" and you can capture basically in the region of everything FREE in the WWW, (World Wide Web).
Consider price first, after the "speed" of your service according to your desires.
PS: Remember that the faster your nouns (service) the faster are your downloads AND be sure that you do not sign-up on an hourly font, approaching surrounded by dial-up.
