WHEN I TRY TO GOT TO ROUTER 192.168.2.1 NOTHING SHOWS UP
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET ON INTERNET
Answers:
1. I suspect you own the wrong address for the router (default is usually 182.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 or 192,168.100.1)
Did your ping show a response time or did it speak adjectives packet lost?
2. Is your mechanism set up to attain it's IP address and DNS server automatically? (control panel >right mouse gridiron
connections>properties>TCP/IP>...
If it is not, set it up to do so.
3. Can you connect to the routers built within net page?
browser>enter router IP address>enter username/password.
4. Reset your router, bring out the almanac, follow the setup instructions
