Some time ago I have Outlook Express as my home nouns. I consequently installed Norton and lost the use of Outlook Express. Several months ago I terminated the use of Norton and although Outlook Express will cart over my wanadoo messages if I bring Outlook Express up on column, I am not competent to reply directly to the messages using Outlook Express. I own a peak informing me that Outlook Express is not competent to connect near wanadoo. It is eccentric because if I scan details to transport to someone it other comes up on Outlook Express and it is sent out and received by the heir. What do I call for to do ?

I am not aware near Wannado specifically, but you may want to check if you hold outgoing messages server authentication turned on (account properties - servers). This froze up my outgoing e-mail beside BT a while ago when they suddenly required it.
Make sure the outgoing server (SMTP) have the correct entry
SMTP : smtp.wanadoo.fr
POP3: pop.wanadoo.fr
Check MS firewall and manufacture sure the Wanadoo.fr have not be added to the blocked index
