I own an iPod Touch next to Wi-Fi proficiency which uses Safari, the problem is I can't connect to the internet anywhere unless I'm at a "Hot-Spot" at my house in attendance are severel connections available even so they are locked and require passwords, same at my chore I can't connect during my breaks, or at university. Until I buy a wireless modem how can I connect to those locked networks?

You can't seize into locked networks minus a password!
And you can't hack from your iPhone!
start by knock on your neighbor's doors. and the admins at the department and institution!
Or buy a wireless router!
You can't and should not. That is call stealing.
