I can start the DHCP Client service but the DHCP Server service can not start.
And I enjoy this problem after someday the feathery (power) get sour, and the intricate disk spent some hours to fixed. The disks are 3 disks contained by RAID 5.

You must turn stale the DHCP server on your router. the window SBS DHCP server senses when another DHCP server is on the exchange cards and will nopt start if within is another one on the net.
Goto Start - Administrative Tools - DHCP server and check the settings of the DHCP server.
Open up a dos box and type "network start dhcp server", see if that works.
