Answers: Add computer one to the filter too.

The router is blocking computer 1's MAC address even though it's not wireless and is connected by wire.

Also don't count on MAC filter as a superb warranty portion since anyone can spoof their MAC address beside a simple Window's XP registry repress. I used to do it adjectives the time to trick DHCP into giving me another IP when I get not permitted from somewhere.
