Installed the sky broadband disk on my desktop yesterday, on it it have the sky settings for the internet and an risk of installing McAfee. Obviously I opt out as I hold AVG already. Sky broadband impart you a wireless router from Netgear and I enjoy this installed also. The problem is that when AVG does an automatic update, all the files come down ok and AVG say the update be successful but the little statue within the system tray stays black/white. Now my partner is using her laptop wireless, she have of late installes a fresh AVG and have no problems, she didn't install the disk and she is not frozen wired to the netgear router. Any concept how to fix? I want AVG to work properly. Many Thanks

I'm on indistinguishable system. Try rebooting that will ix it most of the time
try uninstalling sky disc as i have same trouble near avg immediately running ok
