please explain if in parell communication the datat is dispatch at time thats why the parell communication is faster than the serial comm.but contained by practice we are using the serial comm extraordinarily recurrently.apart from the plug and play fact of USB.what are the other reason?

parallel are hoary tech. in a minute .bcz they be not giving faster connectivity and also they are not plug and play . presently a days laptops and up to date motherboards are not giving that port also ...that money we must budge next to alien tech. and USB ports connectivity is faster up to 450 mb/s which is ver. 2.00 USB. usb 1.5 or 1.0 be giving speed up to 15mb/s.
and one point is more historic that how masses Parallel port connected device ?? i suggest its few. and how abundant USB devices ? nearby is lots of devices contained by open market supported to USB. contained by my memory i know more than 150 types of devices are supported to USB.
